Belvoor XS is a luxurious, completely new holiday home located in the beautiful region Voerstreek. The holiday home has a modern design and offers everything you could wish for: a lovely outdoor area with sun loungers, wellness area, playroom, sitting area with flatscreen television, modern kitchen, bar with pool table, luxury bathrooms, air conditioning throughout the entire house and to top it off a large jacuzzi. Therefore, Belvoor XS is a unique addition to the holiday homes of Beaujean Vacances.
Normally, Belvoor is a holiday home suitable for family and friend groups up to 32 people. For last minute stays (arrival within the 2 months to come) the "Belvoor XS" option is available for smaller groups. This means groups up to 21 people get the the opportunity to enjoy this accommodation at an adjusted rate. This option includes the use of the ground floor, outdoor space, ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, meaning everyone will have more than enough space.
Let's take a look inside
Thanks to the clever layout and design, Belvoor XS feels very spacious and cosy at the same time. In the living room you will find a comfy sofa which is perfect for lounging together with friends and family. Turn on the stove, get some snacks and watch a good movie on the big television. The open kitchen looks like it stepped out of a magazine and is well-equipped. The dining room has multiple wooden dining tables. On the ground floor, you will also find a wellness area featuring an 8-person Finnish sauna, a relaxation room, a shower and access to the outdoor area. Via the courtyard you have access to a spacious playroom where you can play table football and table tennis. For the little ones there is a playroom with toys and a tepee, located on the mezzanine. Guests of Belvoor XS can make use of ten bedrooms, two of which are wheelchair accessible (sink with suitable height, folding handle on toilet, walk-in shower with seat). All three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outdoor space
As a guest of Belvoor XS you have access to a large, sheltered lounge terrace. The jacuzzi provides the ultimate holiday feeling. Furthermore, you have a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the last sunrays of the day while overlooking the forest. For children there is a nice playing field with a trampoline available.
Business purposes
This accommodation is also very appropriate for business purposes - for example a workcation or business meeting in a unique environment.
