It’s a new gem in Beaujean Vacances’ selection of properties! The owners of ‘'t Groeëte Hoes’ will be ready to welcome guests from April 2022. The house is located in the hamlet of Elzet, a quiet area in the heart of South Limburg. The magnificent location of this charming holiday home will make you feel as though you’re in France. Here, you can enjoy the house, the surrounding area, and one another’s company in any season. Take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool in the summer or admire the changing colours of the surrounding countryside in the autumn and winter. This is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday
Take a look inside
‘’t Groeëte Hoes’ can accommodate up to ten guests and is an ideal holiday home for groups of family members or friends. Once you enter the house at the front, you’ll find yourself in the hallway where you can see the kitchen on your right-hand side. The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-zone induction hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, and complete kitchen inventory. The hall leads into the spacious sitting area with TV, which can be closed off from the living room using the sliding steel door. As the heart of the holiday home, there’s plenty of room to relax on the comfortable sofas around the cosy wood-burning stove. The sliding doors provide access to the terrace and outdoor area of the home. Extending on from the living room is the dining room, quite possibly the loveliest part of the house. Here, the large windows give you a view of the outdoors and it is a lovely place to spend hours together dining at the table.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are suitable for two people and both have an enclosed bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom is very spacious and suitable for four people. The bathroom belonging to this bedroom can be accessed via stairs leading up from the bedroom and has a freestanding bathtub, a double washbasin, and a toilet.
The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and provides a real hotel feeling! The sloping roof adds to the cosy look and feel of this bedroom, which has an open bathroom with a walk-in shower (with views over the hills), washbasin, and separate toilet.
Outdoors
In addition to two private terraces at the front and back of the home, guests of ‘’t Groeëte Hoes’ can also enjoy the heated outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is open from 1 April to 30 September and provides the ultimate holiday experience! The loungers are ready and waiting and there is also an outdoor shower to make the picture complete. If you want to take your own bike with you, there is an enclosed space where you can store your bikes.
Surrounding area
’t Groeëte Hoes is situated on the edge of the lively village of Mechelen. The village supermarket, baker, and various cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance. And it’s certainly worth your while exploring the various walking and cycling routes in the surrounding area.
Area of tranquillity
Due to its location in a quiet area and out of respect for people living nearby, this holiday home cannot be booked for student parties, hen or stag parties, or other drinking parties. It is not permitted to play music or make noise outside without prior consultation. It is particularly important to maintain peace and quiet after 10 PM.
