The contemporary 4-person holiday home Pinot & Co is situated in Klimmen. Owners Claire and Martin bought this bungalow in 2019, renovated it and furnished it in style. You might have already guessed from the name of the holiday home that Claire and Martin are wine lovers. This definitely shines through both in and around the house. For a start, there are several vineyards in the area. Pinot & Co is not only a wonderful place for wine connoisseurs, but also for foodies, nature lovers and just anyone who wants to enjoy all the beauty that South Limburg has to offer.
Let’s take a look inside
The whole of the house is spread over the ground floor and equipped with underfloor heating. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is lots of natural light. The living area has an attractive sitting area with flatscreen television and a modern kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with all conveniences including a SMEG induction hob, combi microwave, SMEG fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and milk frother. You will find everything you need to cook up a feast. In addition, there is a Weber barbecue, which means you can also cook outside. The holiday home of course also has a washing machine and a good WiFi connection. In total there are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms also have their own bathroom with washbasin and spacious walk-in shower.
Outdoor space
At Pinot & Co you have access to a large private garden and a sheltered terrace. Have breakfast outside now and again or soak up the sun in one of the loungers. There is also plenty to do on the grounds of this holiday home. For example, you can use the hard court tennis court and the boules court. In the summer you can even take a dip in the wonderful outdoor swimming pool. Children can run around in the playing field, which features a range of playground equipment.
The area
Pinot & Co is centrally located (just 3 km from Valkenburg and Klimmen), and is therefore the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike. You can also explore the areas close to the Belgian and German borders, go mountain biking in the caves, indoor skiing at SnowWorld or take a trip to cities like Valkenburg, Maastricht, Aachen or Liege. The area also offers delicious local products, like pies from Peter Lemmens or the Eyserhalte delicatessen.
