At the edge of the picturesque village of Epen is the four-person holiday home ‘Eper Holt Hoes’. Thanks to its beautiful location, this holiday home is the perfect base for discovering the Heuvelland region in South Limburg. Moreover, the house is very tastefully decorated.

Once you have entered the home, you will find yourself in the hall. From the hall you walk through to the living room, which is equipped with comfy sofas, modern armchairs and a large flatscreen television. Make yourself comfortable by the fireplace and read a good book, watch an exciting film or enjoy a glass of wine.
On the left side of the hall you will find the spacious kitchen. This U-shaped kitchen is equipped with all conveniences including a dishwasher, 5-burner hob, Smeg fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle, toaster and multiple ovens. The long dining table by the wood-burning stove is ideal for cosy, Burgundian dinners. Also on the ground floor are a separate toilet and a bathroom with washbasin and walk-in rain shower.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with luxurious single box-spring beds. One of these rooms is very spacious room and has a flatscreen television. The walk-through bedroom offers access to the bedroom at the back. Via the storage room you will reach the bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
In the basement of the house you can find a second, more simple kitchen. This kitchen is adjacent to the garden and is therefore ideal for preparing barbecues. It is equipped with a 4-burner cooker and a dining table for four people.
Outdoor space
As a guest at Eper Holt Hoes, you have a large garden with deck chairs and a terrace at your disposal. On the terrace there is a beautiful outdoor table, a large parasol and a stone barbecue. The garden is surrounded by a large hedge, providing shelter and privacy. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the outdoors.
