In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, in the Hoge Venen nature park, you’ll find the beautiful ‘Hacienda’. This accommodation consists of the two adjacent four-person holiday homes ‘Estancia’ and ‘Fazenda’. Both properties are tastefully-furnished, finished to a very high standard, and sustainably designed.

Estancia and Fazenda have more or less the same layout. You enter the properties in the open living area, which has a cosy lounge area at the front with a corner sofa, a TV, and a large suspended wood burner that makes the picture complete. From the lounge area, you can walk straight into the spacious open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island and every modern convenience, including a five-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. It also contains all the essentials for you to cook complete meals. The Fazenda holiday home has a large dining table where you can enjoy dinners together as a group. Relax on the sofa after dinner with a good book, an exciting film, or simply with a glass of wine.
Hacienda has a total of two bathrooms and four double bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and a flatscreen television. The bathrooms are equipped with a double washbasin, spacious walk-in shower and toilet. Lastly, on the landing of both homes you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and storage space.
Outdoor space
No matter how cosy the property is on the inside, don’t forget to spend time enjoying life in the wonderful outdoors. At the front of the property is a private patio where you can usually enjoy the sunshine. And there is plenty of room for children to play in the large garden with play equipment. You can also use the barbecue on request.
