This luxurious, attractive two-person holiday home is part of a centuries-old courtyard farm situated in the hamlet of Julemont. The owner has completely restored the house and furnished it with style. The combination of old and modern elements creates a unique contrast here.
Let’s take a look inside
Holiday home Le Verger is entirely on the ground floor, making it also very suitable for guests with reduced mobility. When you enter you’ll be surprised by the unique, modern interior with warm colours and a concrete floor that brings all the areas together. The large windows provide a lot of natural light and let you make the most of the beautiful views. The open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences including a 4-burner induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the kitchen utensils you need for preparing meals. Next to the kitchen is an attractive sitting area with a large, luxurious sofa and an electric "flame effect" stove that creates even more atmosphere. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a chic, hotel-like design and is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed for a good night’s sleep. The style of the bedroom continues in the bathroom, which is equipped with a large walk-in shower, stone washbasin and separate toilet.
Outdoor space
The private roof terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the natural surroundings, the sun and the beauty of the property. You can also completely unwind in the private sauna. Guests can also use the communal indoor swimming pool and the large communal garden that gently slopes down towards the little river Berwinne. Children have plenty of room to play here, as the grounds are at least 3 hectares in size. Another bonus: In around September/October you can taste the apples and pears hanging in the orchard!
The area
The area, also known as the Pays de Herve region, is a real paradise. Once you’ve tasted the delights of Val Dieu, Aubel and the Voer region, you won’t want to leave.
